(Scope)
Article 1
1. Accommodation agreement and related agreement between the hotel and hotel guests follow regulations defined in this usage regulations. Terms and conditions undefined in this usage regulations abide by common law or established practices.
2. If the hotel agrees to special agreement within the scope of legislation and common law, this special agreement takes priority without bounding to the previous agreements.

(Application of Accommodation Agreement)
Article 2
1. For those guests who wish to stay in this hotel shall apply for the following.
① Name of the guest(s).
② Check-in date and expected arrival time.
③ Accommodation fee (based on the principle of standard accommodation fee in Annex 1).
④ Any other conditions acknowledged to be required by the hotel.
2. . In case of the guest(s) wishes to extend the stay, exceeding the date mentioned in ②, the hotel considers that a new accommodation agreement is created from the date of request for extension.

(Conclusion of Accommodation Agreement)
Article 3
1. The accommodation agreement is concluded when the application of Article 2 from the guest(s) is accepted. However, it is considered to be invalid if the hotel proves that the application is not accepted.
2. When accommodation agreement is valid based on the Article 3-1, deposit confirmed by the hotel shall be paid by the date determined by the hotel. The maximum deposit amount is based on the standard accommodation fee of total stay (3 nights apply for stays exceeding 3 nights).
3. The application fee is covered by the final accommodation fee that guest(s) has to pay and if any remaining balance, it is refunded upon payment in accordance to Article 12.
4. In accordance to the terms and conditions defined in this Article 3, if application fee mentioned in Article 2 is not paid until the date determined by the hotel, the accommodation agreement becomes invalid. This case only applies to the agreements that hotel has sent a notice on the payment date to the guest(s).

(Special Agreement no Requiring Payment of Application Fee)
Article 4
1. Regardless of conditions defined in Article 2, the agreement may apply to the terms defined in this Article 4, not requiring payment of the application fee.
2. Upon accepting the accommodation agreement, if the hotel does not require application fee in accordance to Article 2 and guest(s) fails to make such payment by the deadline, it is managed under the condition that it follows the terms and conditions defined in the previous Articles.

(Rejection of Accommodation Agreement)
Article 5
1. The hotel many deny to conclude the accommodation agreement for the following.
① Application is inappropriate with the terms and conditions in this agreement.
② Hotel is completely full and rooms are not available.
③ When it is determined that guest(s) wishing to stay in the hotel is recognized to commit behaviors that go against accommodation law, public law, or national customs.
④ When it is determined that guest(s) wishing to stay in the hotel is recognized to commit violence, threatening, intimidation, unfair demand, and gambling, have or use illegal drug, commit behaviors that would disturb other guests, and other behaviors that go against regulations, public regulations, and national customs.
⑤ When it is determined that guest(s) wishing to stay in the hotel is clearly recognized to have infectious disease.
⑥ When the guest(s) makes a demand related to the accommodation that is irrational.
⑦ When it is impossible to accommodate guest(s) due to natural disaster, facility damage, or any other unavoidable reasons.
⑧ When the guest(s) wishing to stay in the hotel may disturb other guests and is actually causing inconvenience to others.

(Guest Agreement Cancellation)
Article 6
1. Guest(s) may cancel the accommodation agreement by applying to the hotel.
2. . If the hotel has cancelled all or part of accommodation agreement in accordance to the request of the guest(s), the hotel shall invoice cancellation fee in accordance to Annex 2 (the following case is excluded; in accordance to terms and conditions in Article 2 and 3, hotel has requested deposit with the payment date but guest(s) has cancelled the agreement before the payment). However, in terms of special agreement in Article 4 Clause 1, it shall apply to the agreements that the hotel has informed the guest(s) about the cancelation fee when the guest(s) cancels the accommodation agreement.
3. In case of no show without any prior notice from the guest(s), the hotel considers this as agreement cancellation by the guest(s).

(Right of Agreement Cancellation by the Hotel)
Article 7
1. The hotel has the right to cancel the accommodation agreement in the following.
① When the guest(s) commits violence, threatening, intimidation, unfair demand, and gambling, have or use illegal drug, commit behavior that cause inconvenience to other guests, and may show behaviors that go against law, public regulations, and national customs.
② Guest(s) has infectious disease of highly suspicious.
③ When the guest(s) makes a demand related to the accommodation that is irrational.
④ When the guest(s) makes a demand related to the accommodation that is irrational.
⑤ When the guest(s) is recognized to cause inconvenience to other guests and guest(s) is actually causing inconvenience to other guests.
⑥ When the guest(s) playing around with fire facilities, smoking in the bedroom, or failing to follow regulation defined by the hotel (regulations for fire prevention)
2. When the hotel cancels accommodation agreement in accordance to the above clauses, it shall not invoice accommodation fee for the services not made.

(Accommodation Registration)
Article 8
1. . Guest(s) shall register the following information at hotel front desk upon check-in.
① Name, age, gender, address, and job of guest(s)
② For foreigners not residing in Korea, information on nationality, passport number, entry place, and entry date are required (for that, a copy of passport is made).
③ Departure date and expected departure time
④ Any other factors hotel recognizes to be necessary
2. If guest(s) make payment mentioned in Article 12 by accommodation coupon or credit card, other than cash, it shall be notified to the hotel upon registration.

(Check-in and out)
Article 9
1. The hotel check-in time is 3PM and check-out time is 11AM.
2. Regardless of the hotel regulations, any extension or extra hours are subject to the additional fee.
① Until 1PM, 11,000 Won (including tax) per hour
② After 1PM, 100% of the guestroom fee

(Conformity of User Guidance)
Article 10
Hotel guests shall follow the user guidance published by the hotel while staying in the hotel.

(Operating Hours)
Article 11
Operating hours of the main facilities in the hotel as follows and for more details, please refer to the pamphlet in the room, notice in each facility, and service guidance in the room.
① Front desk
(a) Opening hours (lobby) – 24 hours
(b) Front desk - 24 hours
2. Above time may change depending on the condition and in such case, public notice will be made.

(Fee Payment)
Article 12
1. Details and calculation protocol of accommodation fee paid by guests follow information in Annex 1.
2. Such payment of accommodation fee is made at the front desk by cash, accommodation coupon accepted by the hotel, credit card, etc.
3. In case when the accommodation is provided and made to be available to the guests but guests did not show up on its own will, accommodation fee is charged.

(Responsibilities of the Hotel)
Article 13
In case hotel has caused any damage to the guests while carrying out or not carrying out the agreement and user guidance, it shall make compensation. However, it is exceptional if not caused by the hotel.

(Unable to Provide the Reserved Guestroom)
Article 14
When the hotel cannot provide the guestroom reserved by the guest(s), it shall obtain consent from the guest(s) and refer them to other accommodations with the similar service level.

(Goods Deposit)
Article 15
1. In case any damage including loss or damage to valuables such as goods or cash deposited to hotel front desk by the guest(s) is made, the hotel shall make compensation if controllable. If guest(s) did not mention the type and accurate value of those valuables, the hotel shall make payment within 500,000 Won limit.
2. For those valuables that the guest(s) did not deposit in the front desk, if no fault of hotel is found, hotel is exempt from any responsibilities for any damages including loss and damage.

(Luggage and Belonging Storage)
Article 16
1. In case of any belongings arriving before the check-in, the hotel shall store such belongings with responsibilities if accepted by the hotel before their arrival. The belongings are delivered to the guests upon check-in.
2. If guests have forgot or lost any luggage and belongings in the hotel after check-out, such belongings will be kept in the hotel for 14 days from the day of finding (under the condition that no clear instructions from the owner is made or owner is unknown). If not notice made during the keeping dates, they will be disposed (Food and magazines will be disposed on the day of finding).

(Parking Responsibilities)
Article 17
For guests using hotel parking lot, hotel is not responsible for managing cars regardless of cases hotel keeping the car keys. However, for any damage caused by hotel parking lot management, the hotel will be responsible for compensation.

(Responsibilities of Guests)
Article 18
For any damage caused to the hotel by mistake or intention of the guests, guests shall make compensation for the damage to the hotel.

1. % of cancellation charge is calculated based on the standard accommodation fee.
2. In case of reducing agreement duration, regardless of the days reduced, cancellation penalty for the first day is charged.
3. In case of partial cancellation to the group agreement (more than 10 PAX), no cancelation penalty is charged to the 10% of number of guests 10 days before the check-in date (if cancellation is made after this, it shall be counted from the date of cancellation).
4. If other types of agreement is made for the group guests [group reservation confirm] it shall be exceptional.

◈ Use Regulations

1. Do not bring any goods that may cause inconvenience to other guests in the hotel.
(1) Pats such as animals or birds other than guide dogs for the blind
(2) Goods with serious malodor
(3) Too big sized goods
(4) Ignition or combustible goods such as firework and gasoline
(5) Illegal guns, swords, and drugs
2. 관내에서 도박 및 풍기문란한 행위, 공공질서를 위반하는 행위, 다른 손님에게 피해를 주는 언동은 삼가 해주십시오.
3. Do not give out any advertisement or promotions and sell goods in the hotel area without permission.
4. Do not take photographs and carry out commercial activities that many cause inconvenience to other guests in the hotel area without permission.
5. Do not use hotel facilities and goods in the place and for purpose other than intended.
Please read [accommodation regulation] and [use guidance] in the guestroom and your cooperation are appreciated during your stays.

◈ Request

- Please refrain from walking around the facilities with pajama and slipper.
- Avoid smoking in the guestroom.
- Control the volume when watching the TV.
- In case of loss of guestroom key, additional fee is charged for the new key (10,000 Won for card key) and a copy of ID card of the person who lost the key is made.

- In case no safety box is found in the guestroom, keep them in front desk. The hotel is not responsible for loss of any valuables unattended.

▶ Staying with Children
- Children under elementary schools are considered as children (above middle school are considered as adults).
- The maximum number of children allowed to use the same bed with parent is 1. 1 child for double bed and 2 children for twin beds.
- Economy twin is excluded.
- No extra bed available.
